Dr. Scyntiya' Bower visits a pharmacy in Dubrovnik, Croatia

A Preventive & Holistic Medicine Physician is one who takes time to care for the whole family and whole person, listening to and working on the needs of each individual.

Practitioners like myself use Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Diet, and Counseling, Meditation, and Philosophy in their medical practice. I learn a tremendous amount from a house call concerning my patient. Such as their home environment, the care of their pets, pictures on the wall, the material of the flooring, what foods are in their refrigerator, cabinets, where their home is located, and what are the person’s passions in life.

Scyntiya’ spent an intriguing time in her father’s Knezevic’ home town of Dubrovnik, Croatia. The ancient pharmacy in Dubrovnik, Croatia is one of the oldest in Europe. Marco Polo is from Korcula, Croatia, and he was Croatian, not Venetian. Marco Polo had the Jesuits while they were in Asia translate herbs used in medicine from Chinese to Latin.

Dr. Scyntiya’ Bower organized the pharmacy in Kyung San University (Korea) so that some of the doctors from the Smithsonian Institute and European medical doctors could read the words in Latin and English rather than in Chinese or Korean on the herbal pharmacy containers.
